VARIUS by Senator WINES

Varius is dedicated to the international varieties produced by Senator Wines. the name is derived from Latin, meaning “Variety’. Two thousand years ago Dacia was a Roman colony, hence the Latin framework for the Romanian language. At the beginning of the 20th century France and other nations gave Romania assistance to recover after the phylloxera infestation, thereby introducing international grape varieties into our vineyards. Thus, ancient and modern influences, combined with the land and its people, have given us the concept for the label, the subject being thousands of years old but modernized in a minimalist style.
